Instructions for ordering:
1. Review the below list of image file speculations and requirements for submission.
2. Select the size and features of flag that you want to order from the drop down list on the product listing above.
3. If your artwork meets the requirements, click the "Choose File" button below the drop down list and select your image file.
4. If your artwork does not meet standards, please download the appropriate design template file found below.
5. Create artwork using the design file and save your changes on your device.
6. Upload the new design file by clicking the "Choose File" button below the drop down list.
7. Select add to cart
8. Proofs will be e-mailed to you for acceptance prior to production.
9. Any necessary changes to proofs can be requested via e-mail prior to production.
10. Your custom flag will then be produced and shipped to you!
Acceptable File Types:
.PDF, .JPEG, .EPS, .AI, .TIFF, .PSD
Art Requirements/Setup:
- All fonts/text must be outlined or font files must be attached
- Vector art is always preferred when possible.
- Pantone Colors work best for consistent color matching.
- High Resolution RGB (300 DPI or greater) is required on images for best quality printing.
- When creating a file that has both vector and raster images, use RBG Profile, not CMYK.
- When using a backgruond that bleeds to the edge of your print area, please provide 1" bleed on all sides.
- On items that require hemming it is improtant to keep your art 1" or farther from the finished edge.
Note: Images taken off the internet are generally low resolution unless you purchase them.
- When requsting a color match, please specify a Pantone color (we use the Pantone Solid Coated Chart).
- We cannot accept color names such as Royal Blue, Michigan State Green, or Hazard Yellow. Specific colors from a Pantone book are required.
- If no Pantone Color is requested, Allied Flag is not responsible for color.
Note: We cannot guarantee color accuracy on flattened images (jpgs, pngs, tiffs) that we cannot edit and sopt color correct.
Revisions:
There will be (2) revisions allowed after the first proof is sent. Before submitting, please make sure your art is print ready in order to avoid art setup charges that will be applied to revisions outside of the (2) allowed.
